Dr. Yu, D.D.S.

Having grown up in Taiwan before returning to Japan at age twelve, Dr. Yu understands how language and cultural differences can affect one's sense of comfort and belonging. During dental school, an exchange program at UTHSCSA in the US inspired her to pursue comprehensive general dentistry. She has experience treating Japanese and international patients, including approximately two years in orthodontics and pediatric orthodontics. She values occlusion as an essential aspect of long-term oral health and function. Through thoughtful consultations, she strives to help patients make informed treatment decisions that reflect their individual needs, values, and well-being.
