X-rays and dual-arch CT scan as needed for accurate planning. Reviewed in real time with you.

High-resolution photographic record of your current condition. Used for design and for your own reference.

Smile Simulation (where appropriate)
For cosmetic cases, a digital smile simulation based on your facial proportions, reviewed and adjusted with you in the chair.

Written Treatment Plan
A detailed written plan including recommended treatments, materials, timeline, and a fixed-fee estimate. Yours to take home.

Full refund of the ¥19,900 deposit if you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled appointment, for any reason.
Inside 7 days
Within 7 days of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled visit within 12 months, subject to availability.
Applied to treatment
If you proceed with a treatment plan, the ¥19,900 consultation fee is applied as credit toward your treatment.
