The in-person consultation is the step you take once you have decided to seriously consider treatment in Tokyo. Your ¥19,900 consultation fee covers a comprehensive oral examination, intraoral photography, a written treatment plan tailored to your case, and time for your questions. Diagnostic imaging (CT / X-ray) is charged separately when needed. Refundable up to 7 days before your scheduled visit.

A typical in-person consultation runs 60–90 minutes and covers the following.

Diagnostic Imaging (charged separately)
X-rays and dual-arch CT scan when needed for accurate planning, reviewed in real time with you. Charged separately based on the imaging actually performed, not included in the ¥19,900 consultation fee.

Intraoral Photography
High-resolution photographic record of your current condition. Used for design and for your own reference.

Smile Simulation (case-dependent)
For larger cosmetic cases such as full-mouth rehabilitation, a digital smile simulation may be created based on your facial proportions and reviewed with you in the chair. Depending on the case this can be charged separately.

Written Treatment Plan
A detailed written plan including recommended treatments, materials, timeline, and a fixed-fee estimate. Yours to take home.

Q&A and Aftercare Discussion
Time for any questions about treatment, recovery, travel logistics, or alternative options. No pressure to commit on the day.

Full refund of the ¥19,900 deposit if you cancel 7 or more days before your scheduled appointment, for any reason.
Inside 7 days
Within 7 days of your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied to a rescheduled visit within 12 months, subject to availability.
